However, there are still a few things you need to do in order to get paid without having to go through a lengthy process.
1. Provide your vehicle and keys.
This seems like a no-brainer, but we have to say it because too often we’ve had customers show up and forget to bring all the keys. Or, they have a friend bring them in without the vehicle. All that to say, to speed things along, bring both the car and keys.
2. Have the title in hand.
Legally, we cannot buy any car for which you don’t have the title. If you lost it, you can go about getting a new one and then come in once you have it. If your title is with your lender, then be sure to bring a certificate of title in its place. We’ll pay off your lender after purchasing your vehicle (giving you the remaining value of the purchase price) and have the lender send the title directly to us.
3. Bring proper identification.
In order to sell a car and get your cash, you must have your identification handy. We accept either a valid driver’s license or a passport. Be sure to bring it with you when you want a quote and to get your cash.
